The Shuffle board we ordered was 12ft and we are very happy with the quality. We corresponded with Nora Wen from the beginning and she was very professional. The product is good quality and comes with accessories and has climate adjusters underneath for fine adjustment which is a good bonus. We had a slight issue with delivery from Bangkok to our business, but we came to agreement with company to split the delivery cost 50/50 which was fair, and we were happy about this. The company acted very professional and I would recommend this company, built quality was excellent, but I suggest to supply silicon spray and more wax sand as it's not really enough and hard to source here in Thailand, maybe offer a maintenance pack, because I'd pay extra for that. Also the goods where packed so well and no damage whatsoever, recommended.
